Return and Exchange Policy
CAN I GET A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE?
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. We will strive to ensure that your refund is as hassle-free as possible. After the initial 24 hour period from the receipt of the product, in which a refund may be given no questions asked, refunds are only issued for items that are received defective or damaged. NO REFUNDS are issued for any other reasons. So please ensure that you have selected correct sizing before placing your order.
REFUND PROCEDURE FOR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In order to process your refund, your purchased items must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Any return items not received within 30 days will not qualify for a refund. If the item is received within the 30 days, a store credit less the shipping cost will be provided. Please bear in mind that an additional USD$15 handling fee will be added for all returns. To proceed, please take the following steps:
- Please notify us at email@example.com of your intentions to obtain a refund.
- Please package your item carefully to prevent further damage.
- Please contact us with the tracking # for your package so that we can track your return.
- Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 7-10 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please bear in mind that an additional $15 handling fee will be added for all returns.

- Hair accessories
